Love this company. I’ve ordered 10 charms and dealt with customer service twice. I think that the necklaces and charms are of great quality and I will continue to order from them. This pearl charm specifically is my fave! Holds up with everyday wear and looks great! Can’t stress enough, if you are here, order the charm! Order the necklace. They look great! Service is great. Had my first necklace and set of charms almost a year. Zero tarnish. Zero issues.

Can I just say, that I'll scream from the rooftops, that this brand is absolutely amazing in EVERY way! I'm not going to divulge in all the details... but when I reached out to customer service, they absolutely helped me out, beyond what any other jewelry store would do! I (and my daughter) where this every-dang day. Theme parks, beach, waterparks and just good ol' daily life. No green-gross-necks ova-here! No tarnishing-nada! I'm so thrilled with LoLo's, and I'll tell anyone who asks me about my charms! (Now... if only we could get a Star of David charm...)
